Clear inspection first
We start with an inspection before confirming the final scope of work, so you know what the bicycle needs before repairs move ahead.
We service everyday bicycles with practical inspections, clear approvals, and careful repairs.
Cycle Haven is a bicycle repair workshop serving riders in Petit-Bourg and nearby districts. We handle routine servicing, brake adjustments, drivetrain work, and puncture repairs with a straightforward process from intake to collection.
Before any extra work begins, we inspect the bicycle, explain what needs attention, and confirm the scope. That keeps the service clear and helps you decide what to repair first.
A local workshop with a practical service model, clear approvals, and maintenance reminders for regular use.

Brake service, gear and drivetrain work, tune-ups, and puncture repairs are handled with attention to the parts and adjustments involved.
Replacement parts are quoted separately, and compatibility is checked before anything is ordered, which helps avoid unnecessary delays.
You can contact us by phone, email, contact form, or drop in during workshop hours, and we accept card, bank transfer, and cash on collection.

Cycle Haven was founded in 2020 by Julien Ménard with a focus on practical bicycle maintenance and honest communication. The workshop was shaped around the needs of local riders who want their bicycles checked, adjusted, and returned with work explained clearly.
Our process is simple: service inquiry, bicycle intake, mechanical inspection, approval of the quote, repair and adjustment, quality check, and collection with a service summary. This keeps each job organised and easy to follow.
We also check replacement component compatibility before ordering parts, and any additional work is completed only after approval. For punctures, we can assess the bicycle on a walk-in basis when possible.
